XS aileron closeout

Hello All,  How about a build question? On the aileron closeout inside the
wing we are instructed to apply two layers of bid after flox down in the
little gap between bottom skin and closeout. Except no flox where the mass
balance boxes go. My question is should the 2 layers of bid go right on
through the box area? Or will that mess up the fit of the box.
