I get mine from a local hardware store.
Failing that, get friendly with a carpet layer!

Double sided tape is far superior to the epoxy blobs. Use the kind which
carpet layers use, 2 inches wide or so.
And if you want to know how well this stuff grips.... That is what permagrit
use to bond the permagrit sheets to the sanding blocks!
