Peter

WE had the same concerns . Our decision also considered the position of the
instrument panel. We chose a higher and foreword position.

We also brought air in through "eye ball vents" in the panel.

Now that I'm ready to cut the fresh air vents for the cockpit I've been
studying the photos in the club newsletter and anywhere else I could find
them to determine where builders have been placing them. It seems we all
have different ideas. Before I make my final decision I would appreciate
some feed back as to benefits of the 'high' as compared to the 'low'
positions or vice versa.

My thinking was 'high' as this puts fresh air closer to the face and feet
can stay warmer, but the alternate location nearer the footwell may be
better for some reasons I haven't thought off.
