It seems to be a factory/PFA difference. The factory supplied Owners
Handbook says Vne is 165 kts (and this is perpetuated on p.2 of the Europa
Aircraft News Dec. 98 p6 diagram). AFAIK, no owners have received amendments.
For UK aircraft, the Operating Limitations document you get from the PFAf
states "Maximum indicated airspeed" 150kts. After a recent annual renewal I
was chided by the PFA for using the factory figure.
