Graham - fuel flow

Hi Graham.

The fuel pressure switch is Bosch part N 0/344 101 055. Klaus Dietrich
recomended it and sent me one.
It is the switch used in the Katana and is cheap (about 10 pds).

I tried several and it is the only one that I found that worked properly at the

pressures in the fuel system.

It may have saved my bacon already!
The first fuel computer I fitted had a defective impeller which was sticking at

maximum fuel flow (Take off). The pressure warning light started blinking at me

on climb out and I reduced the power. This kept up the pressure and I had a safe

landing.
The same would happen if the filter is becoming blocked or there are any other

problems in the fuel system.

Best regards

Barry
