In practice it's not so easy to arrange that the front switches consistently
 close before the rear ones open as there is some uncertainty in the position
of the door in the opening until the shoot bolts are home. So it wouldn't
necessarily tell you that the system is live, but yes Ted, it would certainly
let you know which one is failing if it does.
