Started building at last. Resin Pump calibrated and confirmed with the
Europa weight balance as pleasingly accurate.
Found a good way to shape the edges of the chock. Take a used glue gun
cartridge which happens to measure the radius required (2.5cm or 1") and
cut off a 100mm length. Cut a 90degree section lengthwise off and glue
100 grit sandpaper onto the concave surface. It then gives you a perfect
shaping tool to create the required curvature.For what it is worth.
