Hi Carl,

As Kevin suggested, check flap rigging. Then check aileron rigging. If you
feel
up to it, check the engine offset to make sure it's within specs (Europa XS
Rotax 912S or 914 Engine Installation Manual, Chapter 1, Engine Installation).
If everything is where it's supposed to be, then it looks like a tab is needed
on the rudder.

Perhaps Bud can chime in with some additional suggestions.

to get the aircraft in balance I need left rudder. What's bugging me is how
much left rudder, it's a fairly substantial pressure, enough to make my left
foot
feel irritated after 10/15 minutes.

Is there anything i can adjust/correct to make it naturally balanced so i can
take my feet of the pedals?
