As I understand it If you have completed and had signed up for Mandatory SB
15 (ie use of Loctite 603) then the 10 hr requirement reverts to annual
permit renewal inspection.

I have been out of touch for a few months and am hoping to get my bird back
in the air shortly. Is there still a requirement for the 10 hourly
