The closest I have found is the 914 Maintenance Manual which can be
downloaded from http://www.rotax-aircraft-engines.com/
There are detailed exploded views of everything in that manual, but no
actual part numbers (except for the special tools). The descriptions
together with mentioning the page and figure numbers should be sufficient
for telling the Rotax folks what you need.

I agree......Lockwood Aviation gives excellent parts service. Just this
morning I had to order a small 914 engine bracket that attaches the ignition
module to the block. I have a Rotax 914 service manual, but the manual
doesn't show part numbers. Simply by my describing the part, the Lockwood
guy was able to look up the part number on his computer screen, and will
ship the part to me today. Great service!
Does anyone know a source of Rotax exploded bill of materials with part
number listings?

full service Rotax stockists. For technical questions, ask to speak to the
maintenance department. They have a good catalog and have always given me
excellent service.
