Europa-List: Flap Hinge plates

which shows the 2 outer plates placement but not the inner plate. Also it
show's the outer plate on the inner side of the outer rib but says in the 
instructions
to place the plate on the outer side of the outer rib. does anyone remember
where the plates went? I'm finding the manuel a little ambigious on some
of its instructions.
