Kevin, You will soon know the sound of silence if you turn off both pumps at any stage in flight! The engine does not have an engine driven fuel pump. The overhead fuel pump switch is directly wired to the battery, as opposed to the other panel mounted switch which is wired via the bus bar. The directly wired fuel pump must be selected on at all times. Check the wiring diagrams provided. Regards, David Pitt |
