I have a 13B in my garage the engine with out the intake, exhaust,cooling 
system, cas, or any other accessory weighs 217 lbs if I remenber correctly. 
If you want an auto conversion for your Europa take a look at the corvair 
engine, it is about 200lbs and runs very smooth its a 6 cyl and makes about 
110 to 140 hp. at least here in the states corvair engines are very cheep I 
have 2 paid $50 for one the other was free. There was even a turbo version.
