Jim,

If you place the drain vents far enough back I can't see an issue. The vent
tubes sit at the lowest point of the tank and the drain point can be made at
least six inches below the level of the tank. I placed mine around 10 inches
aft of the XS bulkhead which means that the small riser at the vent point is
still below the level of the tank.
