Clecos are spring loaded, a skin pin is the English equivalent but is screw
threaded not sprung so can apply as much or little pressure as desired. You need
to wax both  of course.
If you need to remove a hinge pin it's probably just as easy to drill out the
rivets and take the hinge off completely as it would be to remove the pin.
Important thing, especially with the rudder is that all three hinge pins are in
line. Hence sticking them onto the straight edge before bonding to the control
surface. Also leaving out the pop rivets till the bond has cured.
