Rooms are available at the Aviator Hotel at very competitive rates, starting at
69.00 per night for a standard double room. Please book direct at

The Speaker for the event will Brian Davies, past Chairman and current Vice
President
of the LAA, and well known to Europa Club Members
There is a varied Menu available, suitable for all palates and tastes at 45 per
head.
If you wish to fly in to the event, you MUST obtain PPR by completing the form
available from www.sywellaerodrome.co.uk/aviation/sywell-aerodrome-ppr and have
received an e-mail confirmation. The office is open Monday to Friday each week,
9am to 5pm so the form must be completed and acknowledged prior to the fly in.
They cannot be sent on the Saturday of the event!
