Not had a problem. 

Whenever Ive come across something thats doesnt seem to work I always go back to
the manual to check I have the right items and assembled them correctly. 

For example the thickness washer placed under the head of a bolt instead of the
nut meant the shoulder of the bolt did not go all the way through a control rod
end resulting in too much play in the control. Corrected and all works fine.
