Hi Emmanuel,

I fitted a slider type potentiometer to my XS to allow my Dynon Skyview EFIS to
display the flap position. I've attached a picture. You can get them from 
suppliers
like RS Components. I just drilled a small hole in the flap arm to attach
the slider arm and then bonded the unit to the fuselage.
