Europa Owners:
If you are sick of winter, come on down, cross the pond, and come to
Florida. Sun 'n Fun is April 2nd through the 7th.
We had our winter here in Florida. It got down to 40F for TWO DAYS! But it
was still sunny. Folks are complaining again that it is in the 70s and the
humidity is climbing. So bring your wife, kids, friends and your need for
Vitamin C and D and get some real sun and warmth to start this years flying
season off right.
Anita and I will once again have our booth at site N-55 thanks to Airmaster
Propellers and will have props and an aircraft on display. Of course there
will be a Europa owner presence as usual, as I still have yet to find a kit
that can do what I can do in my Europa. It is still the finest flying light
aircraft made.
I'll have my Europa 12AY with its new avionics and ADSB upgrade at the
field. I've had some medical issues recur and am currently not sure if I
will fly 12AY over as an LSA or HotRod or perhaps let someone else fly it
over. I'm finally going to get my Whirlwind AP332 back on 12AY (yea, I
loaned it out and it came back undamaged).
I am relieving myself of some Europa parts and bits also. Mostly mono
wheels, brakes, and bits from conversions. I have two kits very far along
for sale and one complete mono aircraft on its trailer (Jabiru 3300 powered)
currently in the shop which go on sale also. These are kits/planes being
sold due to age, health, etc. you know the drill. We're all getting older
you know.
So please come and share our Florida sunshine, and our love of experimental
aircraft and all things aviation.
