Holy-moly!  what could have happened there?  Protected from sunlight, the
blue foam does not degrade without some reacting chemical involved (like
acetone etc).

Curiosity from this side of the pond: Are there other LAA europa articles I
am missing out on? Is there an LAA back-issue list of Europa articles?
