As the Europa was a fully supplied kit, not a plans-built aircraft,
There are no specs as you request for any part
of the aircraft at all except the Rotax specs for engine
fluids. Indeed, engineering specs like flammability requirements
are not a part of any OBAM type aircraft. You might
be looking for what your local jurisdiction might want.
In the US there are no such requirements for
Experimental owner built aircraft, only for
for factory built aircraft.
