Hello to all, this post made me think I need to fit one of these as well.
A quick search on the Internet yielded this result from Quick Valve in the UK.
Model F107N has a nipple to allow a tube to be fitted and it costs 23.97 GBP 
plus
postage. Mine is on it's way.
