If you haven't discovered it yet, that font of all Europa knowledge - The Europa Club Website has a good explanation of the differences: http://www.theeuropaclub.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Classic-or-XS-2.pdf The early clasic had twin static vents, one on each side located mid-fuselage just behind each door.
