This is a reminder to all Members that the Club AGM is taking place this 
Saturday 18th June at 2.30 at North Weald Airfield in Essex (EGSX) 
http://www.air-britain.com/flyin-about.html.
All are invited and remember to bring your March copy of the Europa Flyer 
for free entry to the Air Britain fly-in.
There is a lot to see and do at this famous old airfield so come and make a 
day of it.
Non-members welcome to come and join the Club.

We hope to see you there on Saturday and Sunday.

There are no landing fees for all aircraft attending the Air-Britain Fly-In, 
however for Saturday and Sunday arrivals the event is strictly PPR. If you 
are planning to fly in it is imperative that you telephone +44(0)1992-524510 
(The Squadron/North Weald Flying Services) in advance to arrange your PPR 
slot timings and to obtain arrival instructions.

Air-Britain Fly-in recommended operating procedures
Pilots are reminded of the following:

  a.. North Weald is situated beneath the Stansted CTA (1500-2500ft)
  b.. Stansted CTR (sfc-2500ft) is only 1.5nm to the North
  c.. North Weald is situated within the Stansted Transponder Mandatory Zone 
(TMZ). being situated within the TMZ is the North Weald Area of Operation 
(for non TMZ equipped aircraft to access the airfield) a circle of 2nm 
radius centred on the airfield and a fillet through the Epping VRP.
  d.. The close proximity of the Stapleford Aerodrome Traffic Zone to the 
South
  e.. Aircraft arriving from the south east be aware of the new Southend 
airspace
  f.. For flight information use Farnborough Radar 132.800Mhz , hours of 
operation; 0700-1900 (Summer)
