Very sorry to hear that. The world has lost a great mind...my thoughts (and
I'm sure I speak for many Europa owners, past and present) are with Don and
Family...

To all EUROPA owners and followers - I received this sad message via Ivan
Shaw this morning. The whole EUROPA family will remember Don with affection
and eternal gratitude for his role in our wonderful aircraft. Our thoughts
go out to his family.
"I am very sad to report that Don Dykins died Sunday last. He was 88 and had
been in poor health over the last couple of months.
The funeral is on <x-apple-data-detectors://2> Thursday Feb 11th
<x-apple-data-detectors://2> <x-apple-data-detectors://2> at 3.30. at Wood
vale Crematorium, South Chappell, Bear Road, Brighton.
I will be attending Dons funeral.
I have many fond memories of Don and of course the Europa would not have
been the success it was without his aerodynamic genius. I have learnt so
much from him over the last 25 years.
Sincerely
Ivan"
