Europa-List: Thottle Cable

Hi. All
Had my permit inspection today all was well, however my inspector found where 
the
inner cable attaches to the carburettor lever arm, the little nut and bolt
with the hole in it did not rotate as the throttle was opened and shut, the 
cable
is just clamped up tight to the leaver arm.
Does anybody know where I can get these" bolt with 
shoulder/washer/hole/washer/nut.
