I appreciate you are in Kenya, however the following may help.
I recently had to have my radiator repaired at an annual check. Europa
were unable to provide a replacement at the time. My engineer, Gary
Johnson, found somewhere in the UK some engineers, I believe they were a
motorcycle repair organisation, and they refurbished the radiator and it
came back as new at extremely modest cost, far less than replacement. May

and you may be able to post your radiator to the people that repaired
mine.
Alternatively you may be able to find similar motor-bike servicing
specialists in Kenya as I understand that the Europa radiators were
originally motorcycle radiators with minor modifications made in order
to fit them to the aircraft.
