If your CHT's are much the same,The front two cylinders could be running a touch richer due to imbalance in air flow because of less than ideal design. If the front CHT's are a lot lower, you may be getting incomplete combustion due to underheating, simmilar to when the engine is cold. Better a bit rich than too lean IMHO. craig Hi All, Can anyone shed some light on why the front two plugs are black yet the back plugs are light brown as they should be?Jeff R.
