If your CHT's are much the same,The front two cylinders could be running a
touch richer due to imbalance in air flow because of less than
ideal design. If the front CHT's are a lot lower, you may be getting
incomplete combustion due to underheating, simmilar to when the engine
is cold. Better a bit rich than too lean IMHO.
