Run the power leads through a torroid, and put a capacitor on both ends
between the power lines.
Maybe just installing a capacitor of 100n over the power lines as close
as possible to the strobe power supply is already enough. If not, add
the torroids and more capacitors.

Ground the radio and the strobe power supply preferably at the same
spot. Use twisted pair power supply's. Do not power anything else from
the same leads (like nav lights).

Also, disconnect the antenna to find out if the receiver still picks up
the noise. If so, the noise comes in via the radio power supply. Use the
same filter (torroid plus capacitors) in the radio power leads to remedy it.

If using shielded cable, always shield at one end, and leave the other
end unattached.

Preferably use the Europa suggested COM antenna. This one has the best
noise rejection potential.

Make sure your coaxial antenna cable is properly RF-separated. You might
need to coil it up close to the antenna, or use a dozen or so torroids
over the cable (like proposed for the Europa antenna, but this applies
to all brands).
