Yes. When the engine has sat for some time oil weeps past the check valve on
top
of the turbo and into both halves (combustion air side / exhaust side) of the
turbo. Upon engine start the oil is picked up by the exhaust gases and then
spews out of the exhaust system onto the aircraft.
