I am using one vent which exits the fuselage just in front of the flap pivot
bracket.
However, I have plumbed into the vent line with a "tee" (inside the fuselage)
and a check valve. As we all know when the vent line gets clogged with
mud/crud the engine will eventually get starved of fuel due to a vacuum in the
tank. However, with the check valve inline with the fuel vent it will open
under a vacuum and provide cabin pressure to the tank thus keeping the engine
running. I don't have the specifics of the check valve on hand although I did
purchase it through McMaster Carr. The check valve is for vapor not liquids
and needs to be capable of withstanding fuel.
