Hi! Helge.
I knew I'd seen someone on the forum from Norway and I definately remember
the name Gabby. We enjoyed meeting the folks at Eggemoen and they made us
very welcome. Norway isn't the cheapest place to fly but I'm already
thinking of next years trip to Barkaby and Stauning and I would love to fly
some more in Norway especially should we have a suitable weather window to
return via Shetland or even outbound through Shetland getting some tail wind
to our advantage!. It is for sure a country of dramatic and beautiful
scenery, and to do it during the long Summer days would be ideal.
Thanks for the route info. I'd be interested to have any further details you
may have time to send.
You must be enjoying your flying since it's ages since I saw a message from
you on the forum.
Look forward to meeting one day are you coming to Cranfield 21st 22nd and
23rd this year.
Regards
Bob and Jan Harrison G-PTAG

Hi Bob,

I am builder No. 72. I completed my Europa in 97 and the first flight took
place
01.07.97. The following year I took the Europa up to Tromso in the north of
Norway.
I have since then made two further trips to the north of Norway, in 99 and
2000. My route was: EGKB -EHGG-ENCN-ENRO-ENEV-ENTC . I would be happy to
share
my experiences of these trips with you, if it would be of any interest to
you!!!!.
