John Hurst at the Lakeland sales office should be able to help with the
paperwork, including the bill of sale listing a kit motorglider.  The DAR in
Lakeland has signed off several in Florida.  My DAR in NY told me that the
fully feathering prop was enough of an indication for him as well.
