My xs manual says I should push the nylon rod 40mm into OR1 at one end and 20mm into OR3 at the other leaving just 5mm from the fixing holes to the rod end in both cases. This does not seem enough to me especially as there is plenty of extra space to the shoulders in the fittings. I seem to recollect reading something about this somewhere before but I'm blowed if I can find it now. Anybody help? |
