I'm seeking to order the Composite Materials Practice Kit from Aircraft

although there seems to be 3 options:
Practice Kit w/ Manual P/N 01-15000 $62.000
Practice Kit w/o Manual P/N 01-15100 $50.750
International Practice Kit P/N 01-15050 $41.600
Same as Kit w/ manual but no epoxy for int'l shipping.
Is it the 'International Practice Kit' I'm required to order for the UK due
to shipping of hazardous substances etc. and if so where can one purchase
the appropriate epoxy in the UK??
Anyone from the UK whom have purchased this kit wish to give me a rough
estimate on how much the postage charge is??
