Thanks for all the tips on how to prevent warping of the ailerons.
In the end the 5 minute epoxy blobs did hold everything pretty tight.
It ended up with 1.0 degree washout instead of 1.1, I will settle for that !

On the subject of covering the whole layup with peel ply, in Burt Rutan's
book "Moldless Composite Homebuilt Sandwich Aircraft Construction" he
suggests this is a bad idea as it "... adds weight" because "It fills the
weave 100% with epoxy so it should only be used where it will serve its
purpose of bonding or transitioning plies. Do not get carried away and peel
ply any more than necessary."
