I would think that getting a Europa to 22,500' is something to be proud of.
Good piloting would dictate that oxygen would be used on flights at this
altitude anyway.

In NZ supplemental oxygen is mandatory above 10,000'

OK, so someone has been to 22,500'.  Is this something to boast about or
perhaps should one keep quiet about it, being cognisant of the fact that
over 12,500' without oxygen puts both pilot and those on the ground at an
increasing risk...let's put it like this, I'm not about to try to break the
record!  Was oxygen used?
