Gents,
I'm getting ready to re-fit the fuel tank, so I blocked it into place
and slid the spars home to check for fit.
Good news: the spars fit over tank with room to spare.
Bad news: the right spar is rubbing against the bolt heads that affix
the aileron cross link rods to the right CS08 bracket.
I've triple checked and the right CS08 is 3" from the cockpit module as
per the manual. I'll be calling Europa tomorrow, but if any of you have
past experience in this little adventure, I'd be delighted to hear what
advice you got...and what you actually did. Forewarned is forearmed and
all that.
