The best place to tie a monowheel Europa to the factory trailer is through the
gap between swinging arm and fuselage, just in front of the wheel. This way you
are not loading up the suspension / undercarriage frame / tunnel etc.
A strap over the fuselage could mark paint and/or crack filler and redux away
from
windscreen.

The cheap easy cure for this syndrome is a long luggage strap across the
fuselage just ahead of the windscreen.
Makes an amazing difference to the acrobatics of the fuselage during towing
over UK roads.
