Greetings All, I have noticed that after every 10 hrs or so of flying, the carburettor air filters are stained red, even to the extent of staining the adjacent engine mounts. I use Super Auto Fuel which is dyed red in Australia. I suspect it is blow back on shut down. Does anyone have an idea or fix for this? Europa could offer no explanation when contacted. Has this subject been raised before? The engine operates normally in all respects. Regards, John Baker #181 |
