Gidday,
The answer you will find lies in your acquired competence with the stuff. At
first only use the Slow and as time goes on try and use the Standard more
and more. With the wings, which may not be an issue for you, it is more
ideal to use the Standard, however being so big layups you may need the Slow
to get the job done. You can mix the 2 as you progress. If you note the
accompanying specs for the Ampreg 20 the Standard results in a stronger
matrix.  Try and source a local supplier of Ampreg. It is far better to be
able to jump in the car and within 2 hours be back at it, rather than having
to wait for sea-freight from Europa. It is not allowed as airfreight (the
hardener). Hope this helps.
