Hi Tony- On my wings, the inner face of the ailerons overlap the outer face of the bellcrank hole by about 1/8 inch. The overall fit looks good, with about 2mm clearance between aileron and flap. I sanded the tip flange until the fit was proper, perhaps removing as much as 5mm. Happy sanding! Pops US A-36 |
