Spoke with Kim last nite and the straight scoop is 145Kts indicated at 5800
RPM, flown off the coast at sealevel (slightly higher I'm sure) Ambient temps
were low and the result was 147 true. Further modifications to the airframe
(spats and fairings) this week will result in another speed trial with the
target at 150Kts.
As to the Tail wheel fairing itself he thinks it should be worth about 2+
Kts. The tail wheel fairing was included with other changes so an exact
number is not known.
