Yes but the top 60mm is clear - admittedly you can't operate the controls or
check flap operation.

Maybe fine for an incomplete aircraft, but for a completed one  the lower
cowling would have to come off with all that entails on radiators etc. ( or
holes cut in it) and for the Rotax the exhaust pipe conflicts on the port
side   Lateral stabliity would be as bad as it is on the trailer with such a
narrow support base, though I suppose you would support the wings before
climbing in.  

 I have heard of jacking under the wing spars, with a suitable load spreading
platform has been used, which virtually does what the air does, so that
should be ok should it not ?
