Unfortunately the Icom panel mount is no longer licensed in the UK. Its a great radio though. You can still buy them I think saying they are for use abroad. The only problem could come if you want to

Icom A200 They work very well and there is nothing wrong with them except I think they do not comply with some requirement possibly an EC requirement. Consequently they are no longer offered for sale
