Craig and John I have had the same tight fit on two kits. ( Bob Jacobsen's and mine) I found part of the trouble was a very thin layer of epoxy inside the busses in the wings. The busses are aluminum

Simon I have worked on building two Europas now. I had to look in the book to see what your were asking about. I don't know ! I did use a 8 mm tap on the wing root for the pins. I also found a 10-32
