I have been looking at some of the things people have done for the bulging doors. I had mine done real nice then I installed new door locks. I had to pull off the Cabin width MOD from inside the door

I took some clay to see if I could make the wedges and figured out that I had put the wide MOD 67 panel on wrong. It was off center. So I took it off to re-center. I had to do some fiberglass repairs

Well, I have successful strengthen one door to the point that I don't have a budge on this door any more. MOD 67 took away to much material and then re-installing the cover caused most of my problems

I'll add my 10 cents worth. I had the high MOD and that seem to help when I put the top on, in that, everything was in alignment. I had two helpers and one young one to get inside. I used PVC molding

I built a telescoping square brace tubing that attaches to the tie down bolt hole. I have an over center brace that I can take the wings off my dolly and place the spar into the hole in the fuselage.
