Clint,
I recommend you consider the TriGear option for the Europa. Since you
will probably lose your leg without prompt medical attention, you will
be unable to provide the rudder inputs necessary to effectively control
a conventional gear aircraft in any but the most benign conditions.
This is assuming you aren't fitted with a prothesis, or engineer a hand
operated rudder system, but in the long run (no offense), the TriGear
would just be simpler.
