Jim, I don't consider myself "on the board" but you can fill bubbles by injecting resin using a medical syringe and needle. You need the larger gauge needles - as used by doctors on those they don't

Bill, My (early) fuselage bottom moulding also had a twisted rear end. Mine required an anticlockwise correction (looking forward). Also the diameter at bottom of the the fin close-out seemed too lar
