When we started trailering our (with an enclosed trailer) it took us quite a while to rig and derig. However, in a fairly short time you get used to it and we now regularly rig and derig in 5 minutes

Sorry Gerry but that will not work. Much as you would expect the air to go from the cockpit out through the D Panel it in fact works the other way and air comes in to the cockpit through the rear D P

I was amazed when we did our aileron counterbalances as we seemed to remove all but a small circumference. In fact at one stage it was difficult to drill any more and we resorted to a grinding tool.
